Shipping policy
We use well established UK based carriers.
All items must be signed for upon delivery, if you are not in a "missed you" card will be posted allowing you to rearrange delivery at a convenient time.
Items should be checked immediately upon delivery. You must notify us in writing within 48 Hours of any damages or discrepancies.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
Once your order has been added to the basket, you will be asked for a delivery postcode, to which carriage will be added based on your region.
If there are any issues with delivery to your address we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss other options.
Prices for carriage to UK Mainland are as follows:
- Carriage on all orders to UK Mainland (exc Highlands) over the value of £50+VAT (£60 inc vat ) is FREE
- All orders to UK Mainland under £50 - £4.99 +VAT (£5.99 inc vat)
- All orders to scottish highlands £9.99 + vat (£11.99 inc vat)
- All orders to Northern ireland £20.83 + vat (£24.99 inc vat)
- All orders to isle of wight £14.99 + vat (£17.99 inc vat)
- All orders to scottish islands £14.99 + vat (£17.99 inc vat)
- Spare parts delivery allow up to 10 working days.
- If/When we have your item in stock you should expect to receive it within 48 hours.
- Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
