Warranty

12-Month Warranty for Refurbished Power Tools

Thank you for purchasing our refurbished power tools! We are committed to providing quality products and support. This warranty is effective from the date of delivery of the eligible item and includes the following terms:

1. Refund Policy: If the product is faulty You are entitled to a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase for any eligible item. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition with all accompanying parts and packaging.

2. Repair Coverage: For a period of 12 months following the delivery of the eligible item, we will cover the cost of repairs for any defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use. Repairs may include the use of new or refurbished parts to restore the tool to proper working condition.

3. Replacement Policy: If a repair is deemed impossible, we will provide a replacement item that is either new or refurbished, with similar or upgraded specifications.

4. Eligibility: This warranty applies only to refurbished power tools purchased directly from us. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, improper use, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
