Repair Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Estimates  
All estimates provided by C.J. Sinclair Ltd. are valid for a period of one (1) month from the date of issuance. Please note that estimates are subject to change and do not constitute a fixed commitment.

2.⁠ ⁠Response to Estimates  
If we do not receive a response to the estimate the machine will be disposed of after three (3) months from the original date of the estimate.

3.⁠ ⁠Return of Unrepaired Machines  
Customers may choose to have their machines returned unrepaired for a fee of £11.99 (including VAT). Alternatively, if the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair, the machine can be scrapped at no charge, (we must be informed in writing of this request).

4.⁠ ⁠Discrepancies on Returned Repairs  
Any discrepancies related to returned repairs, including but not limited to missing items, must be reported to us via email at support@cjsinclairltd.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.

5.⁠ ⁠Warranty  
We provide a three (3) month warranty on all repairs, covering both parts and labour for items that have been replaced. If another part of the machine is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we can replace that part and only charge for the cost of the part. There will be no additional charges for labour or carriage. Alternatively, the customer may opt to scrap the tool and receive a refund of the original repair cost.

Please note that the warranty does not cover parts that have been subject to misuse, abuse, or natural wear and tear.
