Refund policy

30 Day Returns

CJ Sinclair ltd will refund any unopened or unused product for a period of 30 days after the product is Delivered. The product being exchanged or returned must be in it's original condition and packaging. Unless the product was defective or damaged upon reception, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the package back to us.

Damages / incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery and report any issues to support@cjsinclairltd.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Starting a return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@cjsinclairltd.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is the customers responsibility to organise the return of the product eligible for return to the address below. Please make sure to include a copy of your order receipt in the box, otherwise we may not know it is coming from you.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate them and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

we understand technical drawings & terminology can be confusing  so if you are unsure on the part you require get in contact with us so we can help. However It is ultimately the customers responsibility to choose the correct parts. Therefore customer will be responsible for the original postage and return postage for any incorrectly ordered products.
